  • Maximum Occupancy: 20
  • Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Refundable Security Deposit: ₹10,000 (collected before check-in). This will be refunded if:
    • The number of guests does not exceed the limit.
    • Check-out time is followed.
    • No damage is caused to the property.

House Rules:

  • Noise & Disturbances: Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. No loud parties or events.
  • Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Use designated outdoor areas like poolside, balcony, veranda.
  • Chewing Tobacco: Strictly prohibited, no exceptions.
  • Pets: Not allowed. Please arrange pet boarding separately.
  • Damages & Breakages: Report incidents to management. Charges apply for repairs/replacements.
  • Safety & Security: Lock all doors/windows when away. Management not responsible for loss/theft.
  • Illegal Activities: Activities like prostitution and narcotics use are strictly prohibited.
  • No Trespassing: Do not enter other villas. Management is not responsible for complaints or consequences.
  • Pool Rules: Children must be supervised. Use proper swimwear and shower before entering. No food or drinks in the pool.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 1:00 pm (early subject to availability). Check-out at 10:00 am. ₹2000/hour after 11:00 am.
  • Payment Policy: 100% of booking amount due at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Full amount charged for cancellations or no-shows.
  • Check-in Formality: Villa access only after deposit payment and check-in formalities.
  • Refundable Security Deposit: ₹10,000 via cash/UPI/bank transfer. Returned at check-out if no damages/spillages.
  • Electricity & Wi-Fi: Inverter supports fans/lights during power cuts. Complimentary Wi-Fi (subject to network availability).
  • ID Proofs: All guests must provide valid ID at booking and check-in. Only listed guests allowed at the villa.
